Description

Bacon cheeseburger cones stuffed with tater tots, ground beef, bacon, and cheese—an easy, crowd-pleasing party appetizer everyone will love!


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
24 frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain fat.
Add bacon, onions, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Hollow out tater tots to form cones.
Fill cones with beef mixture; top with cheddar cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Mix mozzarella with remaining beef mixture.
Top cones with mozzarella mixture; bake 5-10 more minutes until golden.
Serve hot.

Notes

Use sturdy cones to hold the tater tots firmly.

Try different cheese blends like pepper jack or mozzarella for variation.

Add diced tomatoes or jalapeños to the beef mix for extra flavor and heat.
